Dear EMGS sir,
My current status indicates 80% of approval and says that my passport must be submitted by the institution for further process. Can u please tell me what does that mean and to whom should i submit my passport? Is it to the malasian embassy for the visa stamp or should i email the passport copy to EMGS.

how long does it take to get 38% ? i’m waiting for my VAL but still at 15%

Brother, the rest of the percentage will increase once you arrive in Malaysia, submit docs and passport to your uni. Your uni will submit docs to EMGS on your behalf for student PASS.
