I was under the impression that the university handled that?
No insurance required after 1st May. Just fill the pre departure form on emgs and traveller form on my sejahetra app. And you are good to go when your status is verified.
I already paid for insurance though, should I ask for a refund or anything? I haven’t traveled yet
Yes, get a refund. There are details given in my sejahtera app “traveller section”
