Around a week or 2 max I hope .. but once it exceeds 40%, you have nothing to worry about (cuz it would be approved by the immigration )

Dear university or migration service please tell or help me my present is 25 right now. How many times it will take to reach 70% . And write or send some massage about if it gets 70% ‘ can I gather my baggage and take a ticket and fly to Malaysia.
