    • Heyy!! you should try emailing emgs, to get a fast reply and contact your university about it too

    • Is the application rejected by emgs or by immigration?
If your application is rejected by emgs, then the issue is relatively simple to resolve. You need to do two things:
      1. Check all your documents. They have to be complete without any missing document.
      2. Check quality of your certificates and documents. If emgs does not receive clearly scanned documents or good photo of you, it will not accept to process the application any further.
      3. Now, most importantly, the documents must show internal consistency. You cannot for example apply with Passport No. X but mention Passport No. Y in the application. It goes without saying that the certificates will have the same name of the applicant. Not good if your certificate shows a name and your passport shows a different way of writing your name.

Once you fix all of those issues, you can contact emgs to see if they can accept the changes and support your application.

In the second scenario: If emgs has supported your application but it was rejected by immigration, you can only submit an appeal through the university. You cannot do anything else becasue accepting to issue you a student pass is entirely under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian govenrment, represented by the immigration department. Good luck!
