Hi, try and get in touch with any Nigerian student from the institution or any of there union representative I’m sure you get some assistance best of luck also a new student to UTM waiting for Eval letter to process Visa. Please let me know how you process the quarantine. Thanks your name is Nigerian if am not mistaking.

If you want to book hotel for Quarantine through my safetravel then you have to pay first before arriving at airport bcz they will check 1st hotel booking and they will allow u to go outside. And if you book hotel not from my safe travel then keep the booking confirmation letter along with you. 1st check list of MOh recommended hotels list.
