Ibdnt hve crdit card n i recived offer lettr from.uni but i dnt have any conatct with instituion how can i pay through instituion 2ndly there are two acounts one of emgs…[Read more]

Thanks wasiq om website they just need all socuments to upload online and for processing they just mension islmabad mlaysian embessay. So is there any other way to process i just know abt online submission of documents

Helo hope all r gud i m adeel from Pakistan. I need litl help plz, i secured admission in Ph.D educational administration at u p m. Now i want to apply for VAL but currently i m in KSA do i need to travel back to my country or is there any way out to process VAL from here so that i could travel to Malaysia directly thanks
