Email the visa department of IIUM. They’ll send you the VAL. I got the VAL within a week of telling them to courier me.

I think you should email them again. ASAP. and specify your need and where you are stuck at. You should contact both EMGS and th institution, and explain to the the problem you’re facing. Because normally, the institution emails the proof of payment to EMGS just after one or two days EMGS requests it and EMGS normally have to update one day after receiving the proof of payment. You sould call or email them as soon as possible.

Do you mean your intake (start of studies),? that’s strange as most Universities start either in September or February!!

EMGS does not accept your pending documents. you send to ur institution and explain them.

Though my file submitted by the university authority but I didn’t get any updates or visa status yet.
