Greetings friends,
Is it possible for Emgs to request for academic transcript. The once I uploaded are not very clear precisely some portions are easily readable due to the fact that I have to compress the file to meet the 1000kb requirement.

Does name arrangement matters? My academic certificate reads ABDULLAHI ADAM ADAM while my passport reads ADAM ADAM ABDULLAHI
