Hi Everyone.
I’m a new student, my eval application is getting to 4 months older and my trip was around the corner (1st October, 2022) the immigration department instructed a correction and was effected and submitted back successfully about 2 weeks ago, but the progress remained 35% green.

Hi EMGs
October this year was chosen (during VAL application) by me to commence my program at UPM and my offer letter is still valid untill Second Semester March 21, 20022/2023 session, but the immigration department returned back my application due to backdated date in my offer letter that new letter or deferment letter is required for them to…[Read more]-
You need a letter of deferment of offer showing October as your new starting semester. Apply for deferment if you have not defered it and then send the letter to Visa/Pass office via email. That was what I did and after submission my VAL was approved in 4 working days.

Please go with the website, it happened to me. I had to email EMGS before the issue raised was made known to me. Write to them and enquire about the issue and they will help you accordingly.
