I have received visa approval letter but the percentage of application is 80 yellow, and there is a note in the application that the passport must be submitted to proceed with the passage of the student, my question is: Do I have to submit the passport before entering Malaysia or after entering and what I have to do it until I enter Malaysia legally ??
