There is any solution for make delay the journey to Malaysia Iium till one semester? Due to some problems

You can cancel the VAL or just use the VAL for next semester cos VAL valid for 6 months since issuance date. U can use the same VAL.
I have done it . First get a new offer letter from the University second make sure to come 1.5 before your eval expired. And lastly make sure to contact emgs and double check everything with them
