Hi, please how long does it usually take UPM to send VAL to students? Emgs notified me that it has been couriered since 3 days back. View

      Abubakar.
      The emgs are an error with my VAL and I received only one page while the BAL is actually 2 pages.
      So I requested for my second page and I was told to bring back the first page for VAL amendment. Or modification if you want

      I’m not sure, cuz they send a hard copy through regular mail, contact UPM maybe they can speed up the process
