You will have to go to the embassy or consulate in your city with passport, eVAL and offer letter. Sometimes they emabssy collect these documents through third party drop boxes. Go to the malaysian embassy website of your city and check or call them. Its an easy process. Takes no more than 7 working days and has a processing fees attached to it. Good luck

Please tell me should I take the VAL and passport to the Malaysian Embassy or Consulate myself in my city which is Karachi in my case. I am being told that I have to go trough a third party drop box service which is asking for 10,000 rupees. I have already paid 45,000 rupees for the VAL. can anyone please confirm? Anyone from Pakistan??

Your lucky, I gave 12500 apart from visa processing fee

How can i download my VAL. It says ready for download but i somehow don’t see any download link? Can I download through the app? Or do I have to loging on the website to download the VAL?

Open for the web and you will be able to see the link and download it.
