Hello EMGS OFFICER

Assalamualaikum.

I am ABRAR HAROON SAIT from INDIA

I had applied for VAL on the 30th of July and now its 15th of August, i.e it has crossed the stipulated time frame of 14 working days, and yet my VAL has not been approved. It is currently 35%

I have to be in Malaysia on the 25th of August as i have my registration in IIUM on that day.
I am afraid if i will be able to make it to malaysia on that day as the VAL approval is getting delayed by EMGS.

I also have to apply for SEV at the nearest Malaysian Embassy which will again take 4 working days due to the following holiday of HARI RAYA HAJI.

I humbly request EMGS to please process my VAL faster and also allow me to download the VAL before 17th August (FRIDAY).
