I’m stuck at 35 yellow since 3 weeks ago because this reason

The reception date on my previous offer letter was on 26th Sept, EMGS told me to submit a new one with a new reception date so my university changed it but I still didn’t get the VAL

My EVAL is stuck at 35% as EMGS wanted a new offer letter with updated reception date. My previous reception date was 26th September. Same problem here

My University submit a new offer letter with reception date 16th October. Still application is pending with EMGS. I am afraid It will become yellow again. I am going to UTM for Master’s

I have noticed it quite a few day’s ago that the Website usually take’s a bit more time to update than app

I really don’t know cz on the website they required additional documents on 30th but it’s not there in the app

That did happen with me tho so, check the website after few hours hope that helps

Hello, I think I have the exact same problem. I’m going to UTM johor, classes start around same time, and I’m stuck at 30% cause they need an updated offer letter. I have emailed the undergraduate utm and the visa teams, yet I haven’t got a response from either.. have you had any luck with responses?

Yes I got a new offer letter and emgs acknowledged the receipt but it’s still stuck at 35% pending

I’m from Sudan. Who specifically did you email regarding getting an updated offer letter, and how long did it take?

I emailed postgraduate it took approx 6days

Its so weird how it’s been submitted to immigration twice?
They required additional documents so it was pending but it’s not on the history
