Hello, can I know please how long it takes for the supporting letter to renew cause my institution is saying that they are renewing mine and it I been like 1 month.

Hi, can you please help me. How long it takes to get the student pass sticker from immigration. My status is already 90% and it is been more then 2 weeks I submitted my passport to my institution.
