My val has been approved on 19th jan,how am I supposed to download the eVAL? The percentage is still 38% View

  Don’t worry you’ll be able to download it soon.
  It has been approved it can’t have any problem again just be patient

Try to make a new application,if doesn’t work call emgs for cancel your old application and make the new one
