  hello you will apply online if the online facility is available in your country otherwise you have to go Malaysian consulate to get it

My eVAL is stuck at 35% since 22th Aug 2024 & it has exceeded the committed timeframe. Please understand that I would require the eVAL now as I have to travel to Malaysia asap ! As students this is really disheartening that we are not provided adequate support. Please solve this asap.
