I submitted my application on 17 February and I got to 35% on 24 February

To obtain? In South Africa you just have to contact the high commission. Get an appointment and they stamp it in your passport… For India they want you to make an appointment and leave your passport there and send it back via post in a few days… Best to check with the high commission of Malaysia in your country beforehand
