Now you don’t need Travel Authorization . Only eVal you need to enter malaysia. Of course, you have to follow other instructions stated by EMGS.

My application is 80% peocessed. EMGS still require the under listed items through My institution.
1) a copy of the passport page that shows the Date of Entry and Valid Pass.
2) a medical screening confirmation letter indicating that the student is fit to study.

When did u apply for the visa?-
