I am Abdelrahman Elbahrawi Passport No A19673847
student at Limkokwing University semester 4
My issue is I submitted my documents for renewal the visa on 14th of May then I went back to my country and I have arrived Malaysia last Saturday I went to my institute to submit my passport they said next week and I have to pay special pass as I know and I did it before the special pass fees if I submit my passport less than 7 working days in this situation I have to pay for special pass for your knowledge my Visa expire on 14th of August so from today until expiry date I have 10 working days so please can you inform me if I have to pay or not and if yes why
