Hello! I applied in UTM Johor and in my offer letter it is stated that August 28th will be the reception date. But registration in UTM starts in August 26 to 28. Should I register on the 26th or should I follow the 28th? Please advise.

I suggest u to come early and register earlier, to prevent any unpredicted issue

Go to the emgs website, click “track my application” down below then fill up the passport # and country. You will see the progress of your VAL and if ready, can be downloaded there.
