And especially he is to live in johor
-
Johor is cheap compared with Kuala Lumpur. A full house can be rented about $150-200 fully furnished. If you prefer room it’s around $50. All in all 400 will be enough monthly, if you want little bit above average living.
-
Pls Mike, the 400 is in what currency. Regards.
-
I mean Dollars
-
-
-
-
In UPM I suppose you can survive with $500 with your wife, May be a child need some extra.
-
Do a research online ourself, don’t just follow speculations man. Johor is not that cheap, and cost of living is crazy as well. Check online, so many site to look for accommodation, do thorough research before you move
-
Johor is much much much cheaper compared to KL. But I agree do your research.
-
What about Penang?

Yes. Visit ndlea office in your state. Takes time, better start.
-
Try applying through vfs Global, they’re in charge of application now. It didn’t state that you need the documents though. I called them, they sent me the list without d certificate. Good luck
-
If you have been to Malaysia before you don’t need it.
-
Where did you get d information that if you have been there before, it doesn’t apply to you? Don’t play yourself
-
I was @ the embassy last week, I got that there. I just finished my masters August form malaysia. I am heading back for my PhD so I was told I don’t need it.
-
Good. Cos you’re going for PhD that’s why. Certificate to degree need to have it
-
But am also going for my PhD so I don’t need it?0
-
You’re cleared then. Go apply, and good luck. When is your intake?
-
Deferred from September to February but planning to and register preactive before February how would you advise
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
No, PHD student don’t need it. Go apply
-
I read from vfs site that all new travellers must be cleared by NDLEA after stating that only those going for Ug diploma n certificate that is mandatory upon them
-
The site requirements is not complete. I advise you get the ndlea certificate so you don’t pay for the application fee which they added another 10k to it making it 12 in total.
