Hi Abdullah,
Please note that if you created the application, you can submit the photo to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my. However, if the application was created by your institution, your institution would have to submit your photo.

Brother you have to download the template if Declaration of accomodation and declaration of commencement letter from EMG STARand have to ask tmyour university to provide those letters according to tge template then you have to
upload those letters on EMG account after that your visa will proceed
