I leave Malaysia without completing my EMGS process as I did not complete my registration due to some situations. In addition to that I sent emails to the EMGS to cancel my application as the University ask me to do but no reply since two weeks ?! View

You should ask your university visa department to cancel your EMGS application and apply for a check out memo in order to leave the country properly.
