Hello everyone
I need some guidance,
I have applied for home quarantine and it got rejected with the reason that “ Unable to access the documents”. I have scanned the documents through my phone and reduce the file size. Can I reapply again and scan the documents from proper scanner

  I think better to do with laptop, yes you can apply again…

  I hace applied using jpeg file ( screenshort) and my application was approved.
