Dear Emgs,
I am a new student and I have applied for eVal since March this year but my status stuck at 32% and if I check the records it shows me we are in the process of submitting your application to immigration department.

Please when will the immigration receive and start processing my application?

  Hi Aliyu,
  
  The Immigration department is not processing VAL for students who are outside of Malaysia. We will only be able to advise you once the Immigration Department resumes processing VAL.
