Hi emgs ,my student pass expired on 12 Feb 2021 , when should I reenter Malaysia if my application only lacks the Passport submission
Also is the 3 month rule still applicable during covid?

Hi Abdul,
Please note that you would be required to be in the country to submit your passport for the student pass endorsement process. We understand that you are in your home country. Therefore, once you are able to enter Malaysia, you would have to refer to your institution to proceed with your renewal application.

Hi,
Please note that the Immigration Department will accept renewal application is student pass expired from the 01st of February 2020. However, EMGS is not accepting passports at the moment. We will notify institutions and students once we resume accepting passports.
