After 2 working days you will proceed from 32% to 35% and your documents will be sent to immigration department of Malaysia for approval, then you will have to wait for another 7 to 10 working days to proceed to 70% and your Val will be approved, then the whole process will be completed to 100% when you arrive Malaysia If am not mistaking..
