Hello, if my passport is valid for 3 months only can i get a student visa for my master for one year ?

Yes, for the majority of the universities here except in some cases. Like if you did A-level or equivalent.
Also, if you’re a citizen of an English spoken country you’re not required to do IELTS.
Beside that not the only IELTS that they accept, they also accept TOIFIL And som3 other English examination
