Aslamoalikum, I have applied for students pass for dirst entry to USM Malaysia, i did that about 8 days before but my status is still 5% with remarks that application is forwarded to institute for verification. May i ask how long it will take to issue me evail. Thanks View

Hi Abdul,
The VAL application process will normally take approximately 14 working days from the date we invoiced your application. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
