how much time did it take to complete ?

Hi, it took about 1 month to get the eVAL. I upload all the documents in 14 May and got my eVAL at 12 June

It does not mean that you enter Malaysia hi once, it means that you are only person entitled to use the visa without any dependent. If u want to bring someone to Malaysia to leave with you, u have to apply for dependent visa.

Please be informed that once the Visa Approval Letter(VAL) is approved, it is advisable for the student to come in with the VAL to avoid any discrepancy in the Immigration system.

I pay the VISA fee with the help of my campus. I believe they give me EMGS bank account number, and after I transfered, they forwarded mypayment receipt to EMGS staff. And now I’m waiting for the confirmation

Bashir Yusuf I think you should first inform your institution about the progress of your VAL, am sure they will reason with you because is something beyond ur control, then have plan B if your VAL has not been approved before the elapse of your admission which of course we are not praying for, differ ur admission till September if possible, in…[Read more]

i secured with University Putra, My VAL was approved on 2 May, 2018, very soon i will in Malaysia God willing

@ Abhujeet, you know the issue of appeal is done by your institution on your behalf , in my own case, the third appeal was made on 11 April, 2018, my Val was approved on 28 April, 2018. So you should contact your institution again for further appeal, am sure your Val will be approved God willing, exercise patience a bit and pray

I asked university authorities and they have told me that i can’t arrive to malaysia more than 1 week before registration date.

Yes, I am optimistic in that regard, I have sent the EMGS notifications to them requesting to speed up the process allowing me to get ready for the ENROLMENT day which is 24th June for semester 3 in-take. Though, my degree is only RESEARCH mode, I may request them for late enrolment in case the EMGS delays my VAL.
