You have to get the e-val before you apply for SEV.
Ok.
Then you create account with the E-visa website and pay 126 Ringgit.
It will take two days after your payment before they ask you to submit your documents.
They will send you the list of what you should give them.
Note. If you did not supply them with the documents they ask u after 7 days of them asking you. Then they will terminate your application which means you have to create new application and pay 126 Ringgit. Ok
