    Good afternoon
    I have received issue from emgs.
    Please note that the student’s passport will expire on which means its validity is less than 18 months. The student is recommended to extend the passport validity or apply for a new passport. The institute or student will then be required to submit the passport copy to EMGS.

      There’s a new immigration Malaysian rule that indicates you must have a passport that had a 18 month validation.
      Even me had that issue and i renewed my passport just go to your country’s immigration and show them that you need new passport and tell them the issue and I believe they will help you.
      As my country immigration help me.

      You need to sort out this issue with the passport department in your country/embassy in Malaysia. I don’t think emgs can help you on this issue but you can still send them your cocnerns to enquiry @ emgs.com.my

    Hello dear
    I was Appling before one week ago , but still 5% and no progress , may tell me the issue. I have uploaded the payment and no response.
    Pending payment clearance. Please be informed that finance is verifying the payment made for this application as this is a foreign transfer. Application will be invoiced after verification is done.

      As you said, 5% yellow means emgs is waiting for the payment. You have not stated if this is an eval or renewal application. Once the payment is verified at their end, the process will resume. To double check, send the transfer details to emgs at additionaldoc @ emgs.com.my
