Right! Mine just went up to 38%. Hopefully by wednesday it’ll get to 70%

It is approved at 38% but you need to wait 3 working days to download the val at 70%

After it is approved at 38% you will wait 3 more working days then it will get 70% then that is the time you will download the Val….Right Did Yours also Got 70 % 👍
