Dear EMGS, I kindly ask you that if a student applied at a language school then completed the purposes course and prepared IELTS test and the student decided to apply a University for master degree program is it necessary to leave the country to get visa for the University.

  At least to my knowledge, it’s highly likely to be asked to the Leave the country and then re-apply new VAL .
