My name’s Abdeslam Benhadjer, passport number #########, enrolled in Doctor of Philosophy in Universiti Malaya.
My visa progress stucked in 35% from 12/09/2024, and my deadline to confirm my attendance is 10/10/2024 I need to be there and complete the inscription.

My application stucked at 15% since 20th August l, today I have received notification that my application is pending and additional certificates required. Who is responsible to add this attachment, me or the institution?
