Ok it will not move take the VAL go to the Malaysian embassy in your country and they will give you thestamp to go to Malaysia
And contact your university
U don’t need 100% to go to Malaysia, as long as VAL is approved you’re good to go. Unless you need SEV then u need u apply it before going to malaysia
