If i received my VAL , there is no need for doing SEV? I don’t understand what is the need for SEV?

  VAL is an approval for your student visa, you need SEV to enter malaysia, in order to get SEV you need to apply for it using your VAL, Basically you take your visa approval letter to the malaysian embassy along with the other documents and apply for a single entry visa

  Find out if Malaysia requires a SEV from your country. I never applied 4 one.In malaysia now
