Hello EMGS,
You requested a new academic result scratch card, which I sent to the institution and was then sent to you, I got a notification that you’ve received it 29th of August, today 4th of September few hours ago I received another notification saying the scratch card was invalid again. I do not understand because the scratch card is a new one and I just used it again to check my result and it worked so how come it’s invalid there? Awaiting a response from you.
