Yes you can apply online. No need to go to any agent. Check window malaysia website. You can apply thriugh there and you will get sev with 24 hours IA

I received my Visa approval letter today. I am not able to process my Single Entry Visa application (via https://www.windowmalaysia.my) as the system detected that my photo is not according to specs. Please note my registration date is 28th August 2019. I am very confused please guide me how can resolve this issue?

Did u received classes schedule, when u will go. My registration date is 14/9 but I will go couple of days before the commencement of classes.

Not yet. Classes are going to start from Sept 9th, I think. I am waiting for my SEV. Will leave as soon as I have my visa.

Whom did you speak to regarding the classes schadule? Embassy is going to open from monday. You should apply earliest because it take time.
