My intake was February but due to this issue they transferred my admission in July. But Rather then keep waiting I am thinking to change the university.

Hi, Mariam
I also applied in KDU university and my application is stuck at 15% from February. I ask to university and they told me that they having some issue from ministry of education and they are not sure about the time frame when that issue will be solved. They are keep asking to keep patience.

Good question. Even I am also on same page. My application stuck from February on 15% with same issue but with different institute. Now I am thinking to change university.

Is it possible to change the course while visa process is at 15% with yellow colour ?

Quickly ask uni to submit ammendment to emgs. If its not yet in immigration i think the ammendment process still can be done efficiently.
