But isn’t okay. Someone took 32->35%% for one day, someone wait for two weeks and more in green status.

I think you should check the commencement date on your offer letter. If the date has already passed, your institution may be required to submit a new offer letter with latest commencement date or an explanation letter to immigration

Do check dates on your offer letter…If expired, you may need a new one from your uni.
Took 2-3 days for me for 32 to 35%
