What is VAL and SEV ? If ny VAL APPROVED can i entry malaysia ?

  After your VAL is approved you will have to print it out and go to the Malaysia embassy and give it to them with the other requirements and they will do your SEV and once you get it you can travel. ( dont forget to inform your university before you arrive to Malaysia)
