Good Day, Dear all. I have just received “Offer Letter” for PhD from USM. My supervisor allowed me to stay my country and asked me to register. Registration needs EMGS Approval Letter. But I do not understand the procedure. Please help me. View

      Check the website of emgs. You will need to start there with the eval application.

      I am also a USM PhD student. You have to create an account in EMGS site and apply as new student. link- https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/customer/account/login/
