My name is HE ZIYANG ,and I am writing to express my concern regarding the current status of my visa application (Application Number:E#########),associated with Passport Number:EM#######.The application has been at 35% progress for the past 15 days.According to the EMGS portal,it typically takes around 10 working days to move to the next step in the process.

Given this urgency, I am requesting your assistance in expediting the processing of my visa application.Obtaining the visa in a timely manner is crucial for me to commence my studies without any issues. I have already booked my ticket for September 25 and my ticket is nonrefundable and a non-changeable and I had to allow time to get my Evisa and to choose my courses so it is very urgent.

Please let me know if there is any additional information or documentation required from my side to facilitate the process. I would greatly appreciate any updates or insights you could provide regarding the current status of my application.
