Dear EMGS, I am from Japan, and I have been trying to apply for the eVisa for the past 1 week. However, the portal does not have any record of my eVAL. It keeps showing the error message “Your VDR is not ready for visa processing. Please advise. View

At the current moment only from few selected nationalities can apply for eVisa, please check if your country is there or not otherwise you need go to your nearest Malaysian embassy.
Now everyone can apply through EVISA. Malaysian Embassies no longer issue sticker visas

eVisa for students is open almost for all nationality, unfortunately the website I saw was not updated correctly. You can check your nationality by visiting the Evisa website and then click About/FAQ Evisa.

Share link. I came very long distance from my home town to Delhi embassy in India. Here in embassy they said they new changes had made and asked me to apply online.
