My university already submitted additional documents on 26 December. But emgs still at same stage and status: Pending for additional documents. Application issues solved and closed. But emgs status not changed. What should I do ?

  How many days from closed until now? Sometimes it takes 4 days to turn green again, if more send an email

    emgs received additional documents on 27 january. but my emgs status still at same stage pending for additional documents
