Hi i dont think u have to wait till it reaches 100…as soon as u get your VAL(which is around 70 t0 75 %) u r eligible to fly to malay and attend ur classes after getting ur student visa… Smn pls correct me if am wrong
Correct, as long as it’s 70 and above, can travel and start classes normally
