Dear EMGS officer, my passport number is EJ3967315. My progress shows that 30% is yellow, but I got a notice that I need to cancel my val in UM before I can continue to register USM. UM told me that I submitted my application on October 6th, and now I have been stuck in 30% for almost a month.
